Refund policy

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You can no longer return your item once you have opened the product packaging, containers or used the item. However, your statutory rights regarding quality will remain unaffected.

To start a return, you must contact us prior at orders@yourpharmacy.ie. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We recommend the use of a recorded delivery service for all returns.

Damaged & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your item(s) upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include where possible a photo of your received shipment for our reference.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to confirm the return with us, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Upon receiving your returned items we will inspect the items and if acceptable process your refund same day.

Please note there is a processing fee of €4.95. This will be deducted from the original amount paid for your order and refunded to your initial method of payment. 

Undeliverable Goods 
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all shipping details are correctly at time of placing orders. Name, Delivery Address & Postcode are needed to ensure that correct delivery is possible. If goods are shipped out and returned as not deliverable due to no fault of yourpharmacy.ie, there will be a process fee incurred for this type of return. This fee is currently €4.95.

This processing fee will be deducted from the original amount paid for your order and refunded to your initial method of payment.

Refunds
We have a 5-day refund policy. If goods are returned, 5 days will apply from when we receive your goods, this allows for our warehouse to inspect the goods and ensuring there are in a returnable condition. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus any processing fees stated above. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
