A much demonised pill due to the codiene content, this pill must be asked for in pharmacies in Ireland, a country where you can buy 12 bottles of whiskey without a question and answer session, there is a light dose of codiene in this pill not the 30mg hemihydrate handed out like smarties by doctors, this tablet works without a prescription and i would reccomend it, however i would not reccomend it as a cheap way to get codiene. Ive taken four from the packet since i bought it as i suffer from sinus headaches and para/ibuprofen really only dull the pain. Again id say that this is a good product but its being demonised for profit as paracetamol and ibuprofen have had huge price increases since the Irish Govt decided that pharmacies must quiz you as to what you have tried for pain relief, a ridiculous state of affiars where you must buy and take copious quantities of different medication before you ghen buy solpadiene that works.
Paracetamol and ibuprofen are the only readily available OTC in Ireland without a non medical setting question and answer session or in fact if you are still in pain then paying doctors then pharmacies a days wages to be rid of a headache. Whereas this pill will do thr same job, simple really...its all about profits
